Established in 1969, Melroy Youlton has been running M.Y. Motors for more than 50 years and is proud to be able to call his family-run venture the longest running independent hire company in Cornwall. He was joined by his son Ross after uni in the 90s and in 2010 his daughter Lynn came onboard after a 25-year career with HSBC.
Starting back in the day with just one single hire car, we soon moved to our well known East End location in Redruth where we now boast a large fleet of affordable hire options for a variety of vehicle types, including vans, cars and minibuses. At M.Y. Motors we’re not just about affordable vehicle hire, we are also known for being motorcycle service and repairs specialists, leading a team of qualified MOT technicians that live and breathe all things motorbike.
